Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do I need to be a yoga teacher to take this training?
Not at all! Lots of people take teacher trainings to develop their own practice or begin a practice with the correct foundations. If you do intend to teach, just be mindful that you usually do need to complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training in order to teach at most places.

Not at all. The restorative yoga practice can be modified to support bodies of all types and people with different injuries. Just make sure you consult your doctor before practicing.
Q: I currently teach vinyasa and hatha yoga. Will this training help me become a better teacher?
Absolutely! Even if you don’t intend to teach restorative yoga, learning about the nervous system, the concept of stress, and the overall teaching methodology of the restorative practice will help you understand the body and the mind even better and become a more supportive teacher for your students.
Q: I don’t understand Sanskrit. Will this be an issue?
Not at all. You will learn some Sanskrit words and phrases, but they will always be unpacked and translated for you.
