The goal of this assignment is to bring yoga into communities that may not have regular access to it, such as a hospital, corporate workplace, etc.

Yoga Sutras Assignment

In this assignment students will pick several sutras from Patanjali’s “Yoga Sutras” to summarize in their own words.
